・ＱＭＳ（品質マネジメントシステム）の全社の事務局
・保証解析・分析：分析機器を用いてクレーム品や不具合製品の原因分析を実施
・お客様に対する品質保証：クレーム発生時の対応、アフターサービス
・海外拠点の品質保証業務支援
