・Creating and implementing of local HR Strategy in coordination with HQ

・Responsible at Country Level and supporting at Division Level for the main HR Processes: Talent Acquisition Induction Onboarding Talent Management and Performance Evaluation Compensation Benefits Reporting and Labor Cost Training Internal Communication Organization Design Relationship with Unions
・Supervise team members to ensure an efficient and effective work flow
・Building strong networks and cross functional partnerships
・Implementing and managing all changes which are rolled out as required by the Division or HQ within the timeframe and with accuracy ensuring appropriate collaboration
・Lead in establishing a positive company culture
