【仕事内容】
管理部門において、人事採用業務全般に携わることができます。
【具体的には】
・採用施策の企画、実行
・開発部門との調整（要件ヒアリング、求める人物像設計等)
・人材紹介会社との関係構築
・採用広報
・派遣、業務委託先との契約に関わる業務全般（新規開拓を含む）
・人事制度の見直し
・社内研修の企画、運営
