・社内ITインフラの設計・構築・運用・保守
・ネットワークおよびサーバーの最適化・安定稼働のための改善提案・実施
・クラウド環境の導入および管理（AWS、Azureなど）
・セキュリティ対策の強化、障害対応、トラブルシューティング
・社内ユーザーからの技術的な問い合わせ対応、ヘルプデスク業務
・各種システム導入時の要件定義・ベンダーコントロール
