The Marketing Manager will lead the management of cosmetic/beauty brand, with a focus on duty-free shops at international airports in Japan.

Our client is a major cosmetic/fragrance brand that has a strong foothold in the Japan market.
Description
- Manage, guide, and develop marketing team members through appropriate training, coaching, and motivation.
- Implement marketing activities based on existing and new brands and products to achieve sales targets.
- Strengthen relationships with key business partners and stakeholders such as suppliers and operators.
- Plan brand and product-specific marketing strategies for further sales and POS expansion.
