Position : Human Resource Organization Development Officer (HROD)

Working Hour: 9.00 to 18.00

Location : Samut Prakan

Job Description:

• Collaborate with assigned countries to understand business objectives and oversee HR policies, procedures, and practices. 
• Conduct thorough analysis and research to enhance HR efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and coordinate with HR partners to design and implement robust systems and processes in areas such as employee information management, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. 
• Work with various functional areas to implement HR practices effectively. 
• Manage assigned Human Capital projects as needed.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field(Fresh graduates are also welcome)

• At least 0-3 years of experience in Organization Development (OD), Learning & Development, People & Culture Transformation, or any related field will be an advantage 

• Professional use of MS Office

• Possess self-motivation, strong leadership, and being highly responsible.

• Language proficiency in English – written & spoken

• Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
