Job Description
- Hand on experience in mechanical and Knowledge about Basic Electrical
- Knowledge in Hydraulic System, drawing reading and making , Fitting type, other material function hydraulic items
- Knowledge about Furnace Maintenance, Casting line maintenance, air operated pump, centrifugal pump, High pressure pump.
- Understanding about ball screw, Slide and Basic condition check of machine
- Making of roller assembly, Bearing fitting system.
- Knowledge of DG, Compressor, Pump House Maint.
- Knowledge about limit, fit, tolerance as per standard show in drawing.
- Trouble shooting of CNC Lathe, Fanuc based m/c , and casting m/c, and Induction furnaces. Cranes, Utility m/c’s.
- Knowledge in making free hand drawing / 3 D Drawing of objects in Auto CAD.
- Knowledge of Mechanical Drawing, and Mechanical repairing of Pumps.
- Knowledge of Maintaining Data Like MTBF-MTTR, Utility consumption, Maint. Records updating.
- Knowledge of drilling, tapping, welding, grinding etc.
- Knowledge of shift handling.
- Knowledge of Basic Computer
