Experience/Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering / Mechanical or Related Field
- 4+Years’ Experience in Automotive Industry
- Candidate Must Read & Write Japanese Language
- This should be the first point of contact between customers and our company.
- Should be able to assess sales needs and opportunities with manager while contributing to sales growth and customer retention.
- Should be able to assist the manager in organizing, planning, and implementation of business strategies in line with the organizational objectives and policies.
- Should be able to maintain or build good relationship with existing and prospective customers.
- Should be skilled and experienced in sales forecasting/planning and be able to achieve the sales target established by the manager or management.
- Should have time management skills and willingness to take the initiatives.
- Should have excellent persuasive verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English language.
- Should have flexibility to travel for business meetings across India
- Should have a professional appearance and follow work ethics.
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Time management and organization skills
- Delegation of work to the employees
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
