日系メーカーにて人事部門責任者として人事業務全般の管理と組織のパフォーマンス向上のための人事戦略・実行に携わっていただきます。
■人事規定・手順、報酬・福利厚生の見直し
■採用、育成、タレントマネジメント
■パフォーマンス管理、従業員エンゲージメント
■給与システムや勤怠管理システムの管理・改善
■プロジェクトサポート など
【勤務時間】
平日 08：30～17：00 （フレックス勤務可能）
【選考フロー】
1～2回
【必須条件】
■大規模な多国籍企業での人事経験10年以上、ならびに5年以上の製造業界経験
（組織開発の経験があると尚良）
■海外就労経験や多国籍環境での就労経験があること
■積極的、組織的で優れた分析スキルがあること、前向きでチームプレーヤーであること
■ビジネスレベルの英語力
