A rapidly growing manufacturing industry company in Prai is seeking for Finance manager to oversee financial management which include financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax planning as well as development of internal policies to strengthen the internal control over financial reporting and risk management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the team to ensure timely submission of company’s financial reporting according to group reporting deadlines. This role requires at least 10 years of experience & good knowledge in IFRS /Tax.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all finance functions, ensuring full compliance with internal and external policies and procedures.
Drive the team to ensure timely submission of the company’s financial reports according to group reporting deadlines.
Provide proactive financial expertise to management for decision-making.
Review and implement financial procedures and policies to strengthen internal control over financial reporting.
Lead and support local management in preparing rolling forecasts and yearly budgets.
Responsible for cash flow and working capital management, with support from the Corporate Treasury team.
Collaborate with local management on investment appraisals and evaluations.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other financial institutions on accounting, treasury, and financial matters.
Oversee tax management, ensuring compliance with tax and legal requirements.
Drive cost control measures and support global projects.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA, ACCA or equivalent
At least 10 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Mandarin speaking
Good knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office
