Job Description
A foreign company is looking for Construction Manager who will manage their construction site in Binh Duong.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage construction site.
- Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.
- Advise and give direction to team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, consultants, and key team members of the project team.
- University degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
- Having over 7 years of working experience as Construction Manager (Consultant) or Construction Site Engineer (Contractor)
- Construction Supervisor Certificate Level I.
- Having strong Technical Construction knowledge and experience working with foreign companies
- Experience in construction for Residential, High-rise building, Commercial projects.
- Extensive experience working with contractors.
- Fluent in English skills.
