Japanese company specializing in construction equipment and systems
Location: Go Vap - HCMC
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct project sales, focusing on HVAC and plumbing systems for construction projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Utilize CRM tools to manage and track client interactions and sales activities.
Prepare and deliver presentations using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities. Participate in training sessions and industry events to stay updated on market trends.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in a related field).
Experience: Project sales experience in the HVAC or plumbing systems industry is highly desirable.
Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good to have: Motivation and a proactive approach, even for candidates from unrelated industries.
BENEFITS
Salary: Up to 25 million VND/month (fixed, 13 months/year).
Performance Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus calculated based on individual sales targets and company performance.
