• Preparation of import and export declaration documents for ocean cargo
• Confirm the information necessary for customs clearance, such as product contents, with the customer
• Customs correspondence such as customs Q&A, customs inspection, and mailing of declaration documents
• Collaboration between related departments within the company, including sales and operations

A successful Tokyo Customs Clearance Chief/Staff should have:

• Customs clearance officer with practical experience (regardless of sea or air)
• Those who have passed the Customs Broker Examination
• Those who have practical experience in customs clearance (regardless of sea or air)
• Even if you do not have customs clearance practice, you have work experience as a forwarder and have a strong desire to be involved in customs clearance work.
• Bilingual (Japanese , English reading comprehension)
