• Experience in financial closing or IPO preparation at a listed or pre-listing company.
• Background in IPO support at an audit or consulting firm.
• Proficiency in Japanese and business-level English.
• Adaptable, proactive, and self-motivated.
• CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
