Job Description
ポジション：カスタマーサービス/入力チーム
自社顧客管理システムを用いて、効率的な顧客データの活用・運用を行っていただきます。
各種申し込み内容に応じて確実かつスピーディーな入力業務に従事します。
入力業務に慣れた後は、製品出荷依頼業務や後輩スタッフなどの指導にも力を発揮することを期待しています。
主な業務内容は以下の通り
・自社顧客管理システムを用いたオペレーション業務全般
・会員登録
・商品の発注入力
・商品の返品対応
・その他ステータス変更処理

想定年収350万円～
※経験・能力などを考慮します。
※試用期間6か月あり（期間中、給与に差異はありません）。

- 英語の読み・書き・会話ができれば尚可
