【概要】
事業戦略の遂行に向けて、ビジネスパートナーとして各部門長と幅広く連携しながら、戦略に応じた人事戦略の策定・実行を通じて、様々な組織人事課題への解決をリードしていただきます。
・事業戦略に応じた人材ポートフォリオの策定、モニタリングの実行
・人材ポートフォリオの実現に向けた戦略的ワークフォースプランの企画、実行（要員/採用計画の策定、採用/配置等の施策実行）
・各部門の組織デザインの企画、実行
・各CoEの各機能からの人事施策（人材開発、評価、報酬、労務等）を協業して展開する
【年俸】
930万円～1,070万円
