立ち上げフェーズからプロダクトの企画に携わることができます。

企業の人材情報を一元管理し、適材適所の配置や人材育成を支援するサービスを展開しています。直感的な操作性やデータ活用の強みを活かし、企業の人事戦略の高度化に貢献しています。
職務内容
新機能や機能改善に関わる仕様作成等をメインとした企画業務に加え、エンジニアやデザイナーとコミュニケーションを取りながらプロジェクトの進行を管理するところまでお任せします。
主力のプロダクト、新規サービスに続くマルチプロダクト化を推進していただくことを期待しています。
