仕事内容
アメリカ法人、インド法人の経営管理 近日、アメリカ法人にて金属加工業者を買収し、自社の製品を加工できるようになりました。
以前は、加工業務を外注しており、加工待ちでお客さまへの納品が遅延することもありました。
買収により、遅延は無くなるかもしれませんが、買収した金属加工業者が、KIMURAイズムで会社活動が遂 行されているか管理が必要です。
木村鋳造所、アメリカ法人、インド法人に眼を行き届かせ、経営がスムーズに遂行されるように、経営陣に意見具申することが業務です。
