製品の受注から請求にかかる業務全般のマネジメントを担当。特にSAPを中心としたシステム管理や、部門間の調整窓口として重要な役割を果たします

- 受注関連システム(SAP/EDI/OCR等)の管理・運用
- システム障害発生時の対応策立案と海外担当者との調整
- 新規業務における運用方法の確立とプロセス設計
- 営業部門との連携による顧客満足度向上施策の推進
- 業務効率化に向けた運用方法の見直しと再構築
