業務目的
貨物の輸出プロセス全体を管理し、顧客との調整や代理店の監督を行い、納品が予定通りに行われるようにする。
業務内容
- 出荷手配の全般的な管理（予約、データ入力、請求書発行、SI・船積依頼書/VGM・総重量確定情報、事前通知、追跡など）
- 日々の業務が作業指示通りに実施され、完了されているかの確認
- システムへ入力するデータの正確性と顧客へ報告する情報の管理全般
- 他のチーム（営業/プライシング/経理）とうまく連携しながら、SOP・標準作業手順書に従い貨物が円滑に取り扱われるよう管理
- 各ジョブファイルのP&Lを精査し、問題（損失/高コスト）がある場合は報告
- 顧客、運送業者、ベンダー、および関係各所と効率的なコミュニケーションを図り、貨物がタイムリーかつ適切に取り扱われるされることを確認
- 未処理の問題の進捗を監視し、重大な問題がある場合は直属の上司へ報告を行う
- 指定された期限内に確実に全ての業務を完了する
- 会社/部門の全ての方針、規定の理解と遵守の徹底
- KPIを理解し、コンプライアンス遵守の徹底
- 直属上司の指示によるその他業務
