• Conceptual design for websites and applications, defining design systems, and creating attractive and easy-to-understand screen designs.
• Responsible for overseeing projects and delivering creative output.
• Design research, planning and implementation of usability tests
• From concept development to developing visuals based on the concept.
• Collaborate with cross-department members, client-side experts, and offshore design and development teams
• Participate in user research including stakeholder interviews
• Design thinking workshops, prototyping support, and client proposals
• Mentoring, supporting and reviewing deliverables for junior UX designers on projects

• 5+ years of experience in website (PC/smartphone) UX design
• Experience creating design guidelines and design systems
• Experience in designing mobile applications (iOS, Android)
• Experience with Figma/Keynote/Adobe CC
• Verbalizing design intent and presenting to clients
• Experience in directing and managing digital projects
• Completed an undergraduate or master's degree in design (product, service, graphic design)

• Coding experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc. 
• Experience working with engineers on application development
