Job Description
ご紹介先は、ベトナムへ新規進出する製造企業の工場建設や、日本の政府開発援助工事による病院・学校作りといった社会基盤整備などにおいて、日本における豊富な実績を元にベトナム全土へサービスを提供しています。
【仕事内容】
主に日系企業向けのプロジェクトで以下の業務をお任せします。
＜具体的には＞
・新築・改修工事における意匠設計・監理（作図・申請業務の管理、構造・設備設計・施工との調整）
・客先対応（打合せ、説明）、現地スタッフへの技術指導
【給与】
月給 : Net 2,000～3,500USD
※経験、能力を考慮の上、会社規定により決定いたします。
※試用期間：２ヶ月（その間の月給は85%）
【昇給・賞与】
賞与：実績に応じて支給

・設計監理のプロジェクト管理経験（日越問わず）
・CADを用いた作図スキル
・PCスキル（Word,Excel,PowerPointの一般的な操作等）
・英語（日常会話レベル）
＜歓迎条件＞
・1級建築士
・海外駐在経験がある方
・BIMを用いた計画・提案スキル
・英語（ビジネスレベル）
