Job profile
Responsibilities:
❖ Storing, retrieving, mixing, and monitoring chemicals used in the production process.
❖ Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes.
❖ Recording information, such as ingredients, weights, temperature and in-process
inspection, and input into the database.
❖ Conducting and documenting process validation.
❖ Observing all company, local, state, and federal safety, and quality regulations.
❖ Working with other team members to complete the production process.
❖ Preparing QMS document which are related production process such as SOP and
Validation document.
❖ Quantity control of raw materials and consumables used in production process.
❖ Other tasks related maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
The Ideal Candidate:
❖ 1 to 2-years’ experience in actual production process
❖ Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
❖ Familiar with chemical mixing, labeling, and packing prep is a plus.
❖ Proficient in MS office applications
❖ Excellent oral and communications skills
❖ Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
