Our client is a FDI Joint Stock Securities Company
- Execute bond/stock transactions, managing key parameters for efficiency.
- Coordinate room limits, interest rates, and commissions with companies.
- Open accounts, manage custody, and handle rights issues.
- Ensure readiness of trading conditions for investment.
- Monitor bond distribution and advise on plans.
- Prepare internal and legal reports.
- Help develop department database system.
- Contribute to process and regulation development.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience working at securities companies, fund management firms, or investment departments.
- Understanding of macroeconomics and investment funds, stock market, financial analysis, investment portfolio management and relevant laws
- Language: Fluent English/Chinese.
- Possessing a Financial Analysis Practitioner Certificate or higher
- Proficiency with tools such as Bloomberg and Reuters
- Quick learner with strong information retention
- Detail-oriented and diligent
- Strong communication and partnership skills.
