＜日系企業向け営業＞
○新規開拓…テレアポすることも稀にありますが、多くは日本本社からの紹介で訪問することが多いです。
○既存顧客フォロー…保険証券更改手続きを主としたアフターフォローを行います。
給与と連動するノルマはありませんが、チームでの目標を立てて活動します。
目標達成した際はボーナスに反映されることもあり。
マーケット拡大中につき、扱う保険は多岐に渡っています(火災保険・賠償責任保険・貨物保険・自動車保険・ゴルファー保険・医療保険…等々)
■求める経験・能力・資格等■
・社会人経験1年以上
・英語力（読み書き…保険約款を英語で読みます。会話能力…社内公用語が英語になりますので、最低限のコミュニケーションが取れる必要があります。）
・コミュニケーション能力、調整能力が高い方
■オファー内容(勤務条件)■
≪給与≫ 2,000USD～ (Gross)※経験に応じて相談(経験者はさらに優遇します)賞与年1回(1～2ヶ月)
≪勤務地≫ ホーチミン市1区
≪勤務時間≫ 月～金8:00～17:00、又は、8:30～17:30（お昼休憩1時間）
≪休暇≫ 土日祝日休み(ベトナムのカレンダーに準ずる)、有給:15日/年
その他、病欠(３日/年)、女性休暇(2.5日/年)、誕生日休暇(１日/年)あり
