■職務内容■
ベトナム現地法人において、セールスの責任者を担っていただきます。将来的には経営責任者として拠点をまとめることが期待されています。
弊社のミッションは塗装面の改善、塗装現場の改善としております。良いものを塗装業関係の皆様に適正な価格で供給し、喜んでいただきたいと考えており、それに共感できる方々と仕事をしたいと考えております。当社の営業実態は、ベトナムに於いてまだ緒に就いたばかりですが、辛抱強く一緒に市場を開拓できる方を求めます。
■具体的な業務内容■
・ベトナム国内にある量販店や金物店に対する営業、および営業戦略の策定、実施
・ベトナム人営業（現在4名/2025年1月時点）への指導、育成、管理
・MOV人事・経営管理（将来的）
■求める経験・能力・資格等■
【必須】
・ベトナム語ビジネスレベル
・営業経験者(有形財販売経験者)
【歓迎】
・建築資材販売経験者 （管理者でも現場に積極的に出向き、顧客のニーズを汲み上げることができる人を求めます。）
・ベトナムで長期就業が可能な方
■オファー内容(勤務条件)■

≪勤務地≫ ホーチミン市内(但し、国内出張あり)
≪勤務時間≫ 8:00-17:00（月〜金）、土曜日午前中(必ずではありません)
