Job Description
Foreign company is looking for Process Engineering Leader (for Water and Wastewater treatment system) to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers.
- Take primary responsibility for the performance and results of process engineers.
- Oversee and provide guidance to electrical and testing & commissioning engineers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and project managers to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and technological advancements in water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process, Environmental, Biological Engineering, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of EPC project experience in Process, Testing & Commissioning positions across various industries, including water treatment.
- Deep understanding of industrial standards, materials, P&ID, piping diagrams, hydraulic calculations, pump and valve selection, and process documents/drawings.
- Preferred experience with JIS standard and PVC piping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiar with MS Office and process software tools like AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Plant 3D P&ID, AVEVA P&ID, or Cadworks Plant.
- Preferential treatment for familiarity with programming such as Python, API programming (Forge), Power BI, VBA.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals
