Job Description
■ポジション名■ 施工管理・技術スタッフ
■業務内容■
・施工管理の担当として、営業、企画・設計・提案以降の、施工から引き渡しまでの一連の業務に関わっていただきます。
・受注したプロジェクトの管理
・設計・施工及び改修工事、メンテナンス全般の技術的なフォロー
・引き渡しまでのフォロー
・既存クライアントへのフォロー etc

・コミュニケーション能力が高く、やる気のある方

・建設、不動産業界での経験
・施工管理の経験をお持ちの方
・マネジメント経験
・英語スキル(日常会話レベル)
