Senior Legal
Work location: Prachinburi
Job Description:
Responsible for handling legal cases through police reporting channels and coordinating with prosecutors.
Liaise with police officers to participate in investigations, interrogations, and swift arrests of offenders.
Authorized to file reports with local police authorities.
Assist in preparing evidence and accompany witnesses to provide statements to local police.
Closely monitor and follow up on the progress of cases in collaboration with the police.
Coordinate closely with the factory team to prepare necessary information.
Oversee tasks related to the woodworking group and other assigned duties.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Lawyer license.
Litigation experience is a must.
Knowledge of intellectual property law and court procedure.
Good English reading comprehension is a plus.
