Job Description
Damage Restoration Specialist
Leading global MNC who provides a wide range of services, including fire, water, and storm damage restoration, mold remediation, reconstruction, and contents restoration looking for committed Damage Restoration Specialist to join their pioneer team. This role plays a vital role in the securing of sales through first contact, by identifying opportunities to provide recovery, repair and reconstruction services. You shall also provide technical advises to clients and will gain global exposure.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide a range of options to the client, which are well-thought-out, practical, and cost-effective for clients that can convert opportunities into loss mitigation and recovery projects.
- Recognize opportunities to carry out mechanical repair or building reconstruction work and call other experts with this expertise to site, in order to widen the scope of our offering to the client.
- Carry out further inspections of the contaminated areas of buildings, and contents of buildings, including machinery and equipment, in order to produce recovery quotations, and submit these quotations to the client.
- Convert sales leads into confirmed orders and meet the pre-agreed sales budget each year.
- Ensure that all projects are managed in a professional manner, and that the project teams deliver the required scope of work, timeframe for completion, and quality, as defined in the respective Project
- Ensure that all projects achieve budgeted profitability. Monitor potential issues and react to customer escalations quickly.
- Monitor service quality (Technicians and subcontractor) on a regular basis to maintain our service quality level.
- Ensure that project execution by members of the project team is managed in a professional manner, according to company standards and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Engineering degree (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical).
- Preferably Electrical Engineering with 5 to 8 years' experience
- Technical knowledge and practical industrial plant maintenance experience
- Proactive and a self-starter
- Flexible to travel within Southeast Asia
- Sales exposure / experience.
- Financial management experience (projects).
- Quality systems knowledge and experience.
- People Management skills.
