Job Description
- Responsible for the sale of products, development and execution of sales plans, targets, and budgets
- Supporting sales and key account colleagues in the management of key client relationships and contract negotiation with customers
- Building sales capability, management, and motivation of the sales team
- Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to customer inquiries
- Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority; conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ Engineering or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years of mechanical sales experience, especially related to equipment or machinery
- Experience in the plastics industry is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Possess strong technical knowledge and preferably people management skills
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
