製造技術者
【職務内容】
製造工程全般の品質管理・品質改善、生産性向上・合理化、新規設備導入～立上げ、製造プロセスの設計・開発やエンジニアとして現場で実務に携わりつつ、
プレイングマネージャーとしてのローカル社員のフォロー等を行っていただきます。
（入社後、適性を見て品質向上・安定化、製造技術改善、設備立上げ、製造プロセスの設計・開発などの技術系業務にアサインされます）
【勤務時間】
8:30～17:40（月～金）※会社カレンダーに基づく

ーオンライン面接
ー対面面接（現地在住の方）
【必須条件】
■メーカーにおける【品質管理・品質改善／生産性向上・合理化／新規設備導入～立上げ/製造プロセスの設計・開発】いずれかの経験を5年以上お持ちの方
■コミュニケーションレベルの英語力
■大卒以上が望ましい（専攻により高専卒でも可）
■セラミックスの知識がある方歓迎
