Product Quality
Provide quality oversight on Certifying Staff and Inspection related activities.
Assist in Maintenance Data (PI, EI, SI, WI and Routers) review.
Conduct internal audits, spot check and report non-compliances and deviations.
Oversee and monitor the closure of SNCs/ investigation reports, ensuring compliance with corrective and preventive measures.
Identify opportunities for improvement in quality systems and processes to enhance the product quality.
Validate and approve process validation protocols, including First Article Inspection (FAI), New Product Introduction (NPI) and deviation management.
Review Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies to ensure the reliability of quality data and measurement accuracy.
Prepare comprehensive reports, including monthly updates and technical investigations for key stakeholders.
Quality Assurance (Product Quality Focus) Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in aviation or a related field
Minimum of 4 years experience in aviation or similar industries
Knowledge and experience with Part 145 Maintenance Organization Regulatory Requirements (MUST / Recommended to have)
Familiar with ISO 9001 or AS9110 Quality Management System
Certification as qualified internal quality/lead auditor is an added advantage
Knowledge of quality tools such as Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Proficiency in technical report writing with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Aviation in MRO is preferable at least 2-3 years
