PR/158509 | Assistant Manager, Supply Chain (Fashion Retail MNC)

We are looking for an experienced candidate from Supply Chain & Logistics for an Assistant Manager role, assisting the Supply Chain Manager with supply chain/logistics matters in Thailand for a leading retail fashion MNC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarder to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
• Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing to optimize cost efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate 3PL performance regularly.
• Handle import/export process and flow of traffic to/from foreign destination including customs liaison, declaration, and documentation.
• Ensure the shipping process are compliance with all applicable to local customs laws and regulations.

• Manage logistics and distribution to guarantee timely and accurate product deliveries to all stores and end customers.
  Identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including to align supply chain activities with business need.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline

• A minimum of eight (6) years of experience in full scope of Supply Chain Management including Procurement, Shipping, Warehousing, Inventory, Distribution, E-Commerce and others related field.

• A solid understanding of operating processes, business process standardization, and enabling technologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and meticulous

• Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Require frequent travel to local or overseas warehouses
