こちらはオフィスでのハイブリッド勤務のポジションです。（週に3－4回オフィスへの勤務が必要になります。）
職務内容
ネットワーク/クラウドシステムのソフトウェア、ハードウェア、IPサービスとネットワークアプリケーションのインストールとメンテナンスの管理
コンピュータおよび周辺機器のシステムに関わる情報を分析し、レイアウトを決定
コンピューター機能を監督し、システム機能の確認
技術面でのトラブルシューティング
新しい機器およびソフトウェアに関するユーザー向けのトレーニングの実施
新しいハードウェアやソフトウェアシステムに関して知識のアップデート
その他のタスクが割り当てられる可能性あり
応募要件
英語と日本語のバイリンガルスキル
Microsoft Office製品（Office 365、Windows 10、Windows、AD）、バッチファイル/スクリプト作成、ネットワーク知識（TCP/IP、DNS、DHCP）、バックアップソフトウェア、アンチウイルスソフトウェア、PCイメージングに関する知識
認定大学の学士号
Microsoft認定資格、クラウドネットワーク、Exchange Server、SharePoint、VDIおよび/またはVMware、Cisco/VOIP環境、iPhone/iPad環境が望ましい
国内外の出張が可能な方
給与/福利厚生
USD70,000 – 100,000 (ご経験による)
