・システムの開発
・システム安定稼働のためのボトルネックの特定とその解消のためのリアーキテクト
・技術負債の解消
・問い合わせ対応、エラー調査などのシステム運用
・開発環境の改善などの開発生産性向上につながる取り組み
・新機能開発や機能改修のプロジェクト

・Webアプリケーション開発に関する5年程度の経験
・2つ以上の開発言語を使用したバックエンド開発の実務経験（PHPのご経験は優遇）
・フロントエンドの開発経験
・開発プロジェクトをリードした経験
・開発プロジェクトの上流工程の経験および保守/運用の経験
・事業やプロダクトの抱える課題を明確にし、改善する施策を実行した経験
