Job Description
(1)ウエディング運営（土日祝日）
土日祝日の結婚式貸切り運営。
1日最大2組という限られたお客様のために、心を込めてフルコースのご提供をします。（フレンチ・モダンジャパニーズ）
調理業務だけでなく、売り上げ管理・顧客ニーズに応じたメニュー開発・宴会プランの構築など、店舗運営のマネジメントも行っていただきます。
(2)宴会・パーティ運営（平日）
平日や季節のイベント時（ビアガーデンやクリスマスディナー）に運営するパーティ・宴会などの貸切営業をします。
※一部店舗では、結婚式会場内にてランチ・ディナーの一般営業を行っています。
