Job Description
エイラシステムでは、弊社クライアントである大手外資系製薬会社において、社内ネットワーク運用チームの一員としてご活躍いただける「ITオペレーションサポート」を募集しています。
グローバルITチームと連携し、システム運用サポート業務に従事していただきます。
ITILの基本知識を活かし、調整業務を中心に、システム課題の解決や情報共有を担う重要な役割です。
グローバル環境での調整業務やコミュニケーションに自信がある方、新しい課題に柔軟に対応できる方からのご応募をお待ちしております。
【就業条件】
- 期間：3～6カ月間（延長の可能性あり）
- リモート勤務可
- 勤務時間: 8時間／日（欧州との連携に対応できる柔軟性が求められます）
- 夜間や休日対応: 基本的に不要ですが、緊急時は必要な場合あり
- 残業: 調整可（遅出や早退を活用し、柔軟な働き方を推奨）
【主な業務内容】
- Veeva CRMのシステム仕様調査を調査し、問題の原因を特定
- 運用上の課題を追跡し、適切な解決策を導き出す
- 主にシステム統合やユーザーアクセス関連の課題対応
- グローバルITチームとの課題調整および解決
- 日本国内のビジネスクライアントへのタイムリーな情報共有
- 必要に応じて積極的に英語でコミュニケーションを図る

- MS Office、Teams、ServiceNow、JIRA/Confluence、Veeva CRMの操作経験
