Description
- Oversee the activity of sales team in east Japan, covering both diagnostics and life science product portfolio
- Provide market insights, strengthen connection with KOLs
- Develop long-term sales plans to contribute to business growth, especially in the diagnostics field
- Work closely with Japan Sales Director and APAC GM, support the launch of new projects in Japan
- Manage team of 10~15; provide mentorship and work on goal-setting
