<業務内容>
入社後3ヶ月間研修を実施します。
・ヘルプデスクとして利用者からの問い合わせ、トラブルシューティングの
対応、問題解決
ユーザーが使っている PC、プリンタ、モニター等のトラブルシューティング。IT 資産管理、キッティング 、ソフトウェアインストール等...。
・MSオフィスなどのツールのIDマネジメントや情報更新。
・問題対応した際のレポート作成、チーム間で共有。
【採用予定人数】 20 名程度
【選考プロセス】 履歴書にもとづく審査後、2回程度の面接を予定。
