Description

- Enable executive to make decision based on project and financial data, and continuously striving to improve data quality.

- Build relationship and trust with key leaders across the group.

- Help to define optimum Tools to support large scale Portfolio Management.

- Establish and continuously improve project governance framework(processes, templates, and other forms of shared documentation).

- Lead supervisory departments and departments toward changes, by helping them to implement project management best practices, processes and standards.

- Guide, mentor, and train other project managers.

- Create and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across the company.

- Experience in Project Management (4 years+)

- Experience with Project Management governance definition, writing, and improvement

- Experience using the following tools: Excel and PowerPoint

- Comfortable with teaching, coaching people, and creating material for it

- Comfortable working in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams

- Leadership skills and the ability to influence and inspire teams
