【クレジットカード、ICチップ関連のテストエンジニア/ Laboratory Testing Engineerの仕事内容】

≪具体的な仕事内容≫

EMV仕様というクレジット会社大手が世界共通で定めたルールに則って、クレジット読み取り端末等が稼動するかをチェックします。

◆クレジットカードブランド(MasterCard, VISA, UnionPay, AMEX, JCB, Diners)のテストの認証取得技術サポート
◆テスト項目書に従った動作確認テスト
◆レポート作成（エラーがあった場合、簡単な報告書に内容をまとめます。）、問題点の抽出、テスト結果の解析

テストエンジニアとして歓迎されるスキル

• 日本語、英語でのビジネスレベルの会話力(Must)。
• 電気通信、コンピュータサイエンス、情報管理などの学歴をお持ちの方。
•  EMV仕様に関する知識、または認証試験の経験を有する方。
• 外国人の同僚とコミュニケーションをとるため、コミュニケーション可能な英語力必須

【英語社内使用頻度】

• 英語50%、日本語５０％。日常的に社内でのメールのやり取りやコールで英語を使います。
• 社内文書は基本的に英語になります。日本のお客様とのやりとりは日本語になるため、英語、日本語共に高いスキルが求められます。

教育制度

≪入社後、1ヶ月の研修を予定≫
まずは仕様書の読み方、仕事の基本的な流れなどから覚えてください。
スタッフは日本語も英語も対応できますので、分からないことがあればお尋ねください。
2週間後には、仕様書を読めるようになることが目標です。
その後、先輩社員のサポート的な業務からスタートし、徐々に仕事に慣れていただきます。

【仕事の環境】

日本オフィスでは17名おり、そのうち半数は外国人です。
出身国籍も様々なオフィスで、社内には日本語と英語を始め、フランス語、中国語も飛び交っています。
開放的で気のいいメンバーが揃っていますので、分からないことがあれば、進んで周囲に聞いてください。

ラボラトリーテスティングエンジニア/ Laboratory Testing Engineer
– Application/Software for NFC mobile phone/payment card

About the role:

• To work in ISO 17025 accredited test laboratory.
• To perform contact/contactless application certification tests for NFC mobile phones and payment cards with or without customers. Testing activities include performance testing (transaction speed) and interoperability testing.
• To carry out the tests in agreement with customer requests and test methods for EMVCo and other payment / transportation certification schemes (in agreement with the planning defined by＂Testing Manager＂ of the corresponding activity)
• To conduct reports containing test results
• To provide technical consulting services to customers.
• Career path: Test engineer (under training), qualified test engineer, Expert, Project Consultant, Customer Services, other suitable position by internal transfer to other departments e.g. R&D or Consulting.

【歓迎要件】

1. コンピュータ・サイエンスまたは情報技術の学位
2. 日本語（お客様が日本人の方であるため、的確な意思疎通ができる方）および英語力（メールを中心
にテクニカルなやり取りができる方）
3. 顧客志向
4. EMVおよびSchemeカードの仕様と要件に関する知識（国際および国内両方）
5. カードパーソナライゼーションまたは端末アプリケーションの検証プロセス、文書、ツールに関する知識があることが望ましい。
6. グローバルおよび地域市場に関する十分な知識
7.現在の発行会社の商品をよく理解し、新しい商品を開発できる能力。

About you:

• Has educational background in telecommunication, computer science, information management etc.
• Candidates with EMV specification knowledge and / or certification testing experience and / or software design experience would be a plus.
• Fluent Japanese & good English skill are necessary in order to communicate with foreign colleagues and customers.

Additional information:

1. Degree in computer science or information technologies
2. Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken
3. Customer oriented
4. Knowledge of EMV and Scheme card specifications and requirements ( both international and domestic)
5. Knowledge of card personalization or terminal applications validation processes, documentation and tools is preferred
6. Good knowledge of global and regional markets
7.Sound understanding of current issuers products and abilitiy to create new ones
