Job Description

You'll provide 2nd level technical support, resolving user issues across various IT infrastructure services. You will work closely with internal teams to improve the overall support experience.

Description

  • Provide 2nd level technical support for end users, addressing hardware, software, and application issues.
  • Collaborate with 1st and 2nd level support teams to enhance service quality.
  • Analyze incident data and recommend improvements for better user experiences.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in specific IT infrastructure services, such as Outlook, Office 365, and Mobility Services.
  • Improve shift-left capabilities and reduce ticket volumes through better workflows and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

  • Team player with a solution-oriented mindset and a keen eye for detail.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Japanese.
