  • Provide high-level AV support for executive boardrooms, VIP meetings, town halls, and corporate events.
  • Act as the technical lead for high-profile live and virtual events, ensuring seamless AV execution.
  • Work closely with event planners and executive teams to understand AV requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Oversee rehearsals, live event production, and post-event evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.

•Troubleshooting & Advanced Issue Resolution

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex AV issues that L1/L2 engineers cannot resolve.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot audio, video, and network-related issues in real time.
  • Optimize AV performance through signal flow analysis, latency reduction, and software/hardware tuning.
  • Implement backup and redundancy plans to mitigate failures during critical events.

•Leadership & Process Optimization

  • Mentor and train junior AV Engineers, ensuring they develop the necessary skills to operate independently.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
  • Evaluate and propose new AV technologies that align with the client's long-term AV strategy.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to enhance AV system security, compliance, and integration with corporate IT networks.

•Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work within the client’s ticketing system to track and manage AV incidents and service requests.
  • Participate in monthly performance reviews with the Service Delivery Manager and client stakeholders.
  • Communicate with global IT and AV teams to ensure alignment with corporate AV policies.
