本ポジションでは、工場の運営効率を最大化するため、部門を超えた連携や必要に応じたグローバルチームとの協働を行います。また、施設エンジニアリングチームの管理・育成、長期的な施設メンテナンス計画の策定、大規模な投資プログラムの監督、カイゼン活動の推進、持続可能な施策の導入が求められます。
