APM Functional Lead - Oil / Gas Domain

■About the Department:
We work on providing end to end IT, IOT, EAM and APM solutions to customer for their manufacturing digital transformation and asset management area.

■Responsibilities:
1. Provide functional designing, coordination, and leadership across teams from an asset and work planning and assept performance management perspective.
2. Work collaboratively with the application teams, prepare, and review functional Design Documents.
3. Coordination with business team for understanding gaps.
4. Developing solution designs while working closely with cross-functional teams by conducting workshops.

■Minimum qualifications:
1. Ability to gather functional requirements and prepare functional specifications.
2. Proficient in Analyzing and creating work process flows and recommended industry best practices to clients using Asset Performance Management Systems
3. Proficient in creating detailed as-is and to-be functional documentation for all user roles with best practices recommendations.
4. Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve defects identified during testing phase.
5. Ability to coordinate / delegate with other technical resources
6. Exposure to Oil exploration and refining industry/domain and the related concepts.
7. Very good Communication and Presentation skills to articulate solutions to business stakeholders, Client IT team
8. Provide consulting services in asset performance management roadmap.
9.Willingness to embrace new topics and technology in APM
10.Knowledge in APM tools
