シニア人事・総務スペシャリストとして、HR全般関わっていただきます。
■主な業務内容：
面接、採用、オンボーディングを含む、システム（Workday）による人材採用プロセスの管理。
ジョブディスクリプションが最新であり、すべてのローカル規制に準拠していることを確認します。
報酬市場と給与調査への関与
現地規制の遵守の確認
会社の方針が日本の労働法に準拠していることを確認し、労働基準監督署に更新・登録する。
会社の組織図と従業員名簿の管理
人事考課、給与査定
毎月の給与計算と報奨金の支払い
毎月の請求書を含む人事関連書類の作成
施設管理・手配
従業員の健康管理
社用車、PC、オフィス機器などの固定資産購入の管理・処理
社員の出張管理
