【仕事内容】
CPU Socketの開発に伴う製造設備、ツールの開発、立ち上げ、工程確立における関連業務。
・ 次世代CPU Socketに必要な製造技術開発やEfficiency upの製造技術開発及び改善（組立製造設備）
・ 製品設計デザインレビューへの参画、設備/工程見積作成
・ 試作、量産設備の設計/立ち上げ/不具合の分析と改善/新規製造工程の提案とその確立
・ 設備やプロセスの新技術開発によるコスト、リードタイム、品質改善
・ 海外姉妹会社への技術交流、技術支援 及び 工場/協力会社（サプライヤー）への技術指導

・ 学歴：大学（高専）卒以上 （理系：電子・電気・機械系の方）
・ 語学：日本語 ビジネスレベル（ビジネス・技術対話および資料作成が可能なこと）
英語 中級程度（英語でのコミュニケーションができる方歓迎）
※現在は初級能力でも、習得意欲があれば入社後の向上で挽回できます。
・ PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須）
＜必須経験＞
・ 自動組立設備設計の実務経験（メカニカル） もしくは 設備（マシン）組立作業を3年以上
・ 3D CAD経験（使用CAD、経験年数は問いません）
・ 業務に対してやる気をもって前向きに取り組む姿勢と責任感

・ カム設計、機械要素設計、PLCプログラム、製造ロボットプログラム等の経験をお持ちの方
・ 電気ハードウェア/ソフトウェアの設計経験をお持ちの方
・ コネクタ、または電装部品の製造設備設計経験をお持ちの方
