世界中からセレクトしたベビー・キッズ用品を日本のファミリーにお届けする商品部のMD・バイヤーを募集します。
担当ブランドを持っていただき、トレンドを見ながら商品の買い付け～日本の市場に合わせた商品にローカライズしてお客様へお届けするまでのディレクションをおまかせします。
街で自身が携わった商品を目にする機会も多く、充実感のあるお仕事です。
●メイン商材：ベビー・キッズ用品（おもちゃ・雑貨・育児用品）
■主な業務内容：
商品買い付け～発売までのディレクション
・マーケットリサーチ・競合・ターゲット分析と、それに基づくMDプランの立案
・海外展示会への参加、新規ブランドの発掘・買い付け ※海外出張あり
・取引ブランドとの取引交渉
・売上分析・管理、レポート作成
・ブランディング：メーカーのブランディングの理解およびローカライズを企画・実行
・販促企画：PRチームと連携したプロモーションやイベントの企画・実行

Required Skills
【必須要件】
・マーケティングを含めたMD・バイヤー業務どちらかの経験がある
・ビジネス英語スキル（目安:TOEICテスト700点以上）
・基本的なPCスキル（Word Excel Power Point/ Googleアプリケーション（ドライブ スプレッドシート等））がある
・トレンドや商品に対して関心がある
