半導体製造装置のフィールドアプリケーションエンジニア（メカ）として、お客様との密なコニュニケーションを通した技術サポートを担っていただきます。具体的には、装置の導入支援や生産時のカスタマイズや技術サポートにおいて、技術的なコミュニケーションを通じて得るお客様のニーズや課題を開発部門にフィードバックし、新製品・新機能の提案を行います。お客様と信頼関係を深め、専門知識や折衝能力を高めることで、将来的にはプロジェクトリーダーや技術スペシャリスト、マネージャーとしてご活躍いただけるステージがございます。

お客様のニーズから新しい機能の提案
開発部門へのフィードバック
お客様への技術トレーニングの実施
